Michelle 
Schneider

Chief Financial Officer
Michelle is an accomplished financial leader with more than 12 years of experience in luxury hotels, corporate dining, real estate, and amenity services. Known for her collaborative approach, she partners closely with clients and leadership to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders. Outside of work, she enjoys family life with her husband and two children—skiing in the winter and spending summers on the tennis court, at the beach, and poolside.

David Felton

Director of Food & Beverage
David is a celebrated culinary leader with more than 20 years in the food industry. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he trained with top chefs Michael Smith and Debbie Gold before opening 40 Sardines, a James Beard Award finalist. He later earned acclaim as Executive Chef at Ninety Acres @ Natirar, recognized among New Jersey’s top restaurants. At Chelsea Hospitality, David focuses on creating dining experiences that showcase the best of New Jersey’s local ingredients.

Jason Leeds

Founder
Jason grew up immersed in hospitality, gaining early experience with Dartcor, Ōme Caterers, The Peninsula Hotel, and Shake Shack. After a chapter in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, he returned to his passion—leading ventures at Nuts.com and opening a critically acclaimed New York City seasonal restaurant. With Chelsea Hospitality Group, Jason continues to champion hospitality’s power to bring people together, foster belonging, and unlock community potential.
