Michelle is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. With over 12 years in luxury hotels, she developed expertise in finance and accounting, later expanding into residential real estate brokerage, amenity services, and corporate dining. Known for her collaborative approach, Michelle partners with clients and leadership to ensure successful financial outcomes for all stakeholders. Outside of work, she enjoys an active family life with her husband and two children. Together, they love winter skiing and spend summers playing tennis, swimming, and enjoying the beach. Michelle seamlessly balances her career and family life, embodying the spirit of collaboration in both.

David Felton is a renowned culinary leader with deep roots in New Jersey and over 20 years of experience in the food industry. After earning a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, he embarked on a nationwide culinary journey, working with top chefs like Michael Smith and Debbie Gold. David went on to open 40 Sardines, a James Beard Award finalist, and served as Executive Chef at Ninety Acres @ Natirar, where he led the restaurant to be recognized as one of the top 25 in New Jersey. Now, as Director of Food & Beverage at Chelsea Hospitality, David is focused on creating exceptional dining experiences that highlight the best of New Jersey’s local ingredients.

Jason grew up immersed in the hospitality industry, gaining experience at Ome Caterers, The Peninsula Hotel, and Shake Shack during his high school and college years. After graduating, he spent two years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs before transitioning to the food industry with Nuts.com, where he played a key role in building out their workplace snacking business and partnered with the CEO to open a critically acclaimed seasonal restaurant in NYC. Now at CHG, Jason is focused on growth that benefits our people and the communities we're a part of.
